Copies
- Photocopy of recorded document cost per page $0.25 (8 1/2" x 11")
- Certified copy of a document $1.00 plus copy costs ($0.25/page)
- Certified copy of Marriage License $1.25
- Certified copy of Voter Registration $2.00
Remote Access Licensing Agreement
Monthly remote access is available to view and print documents within this system. Refer to the Remote Access Licensing Agreement for details and cost. For older documents or those not found within this system, see our Archival site which can be accessed from the 'Recorded Documents' page.
Recording:
Recording hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday except holidays.
General Recording: Documents 8 1/2" x 11" & 8 1/2" x 14":
- First page of the document $13.00
- Each additional page of the document $5.00
- Documentary fee: $0.10 per $1,000 (over $500) in consideration. A TD-1,000 is requested from the Assessor's office. Please see the Assessor's page for a current blank form.
Oversized pages (larger than 8 1/2" wide x 14" length):
- First page of the document $13.00
- Each additional oversized page of document $10.00
Include a 1" margin at the top of all documents for the recording label.
Original documents are preferred.
Plats:
NEW! Starting in May 2023, we are no longer keeping hardcopy plats!

At this time, we are accepting Plats and LSPs on Mylar in 24" x 36" size. We are currently working on accepting Plats electronically.

To receive a copy of a DD 214, the following requirements must be followed:
* All requests for DD 214 must be accompanied by a written request form (see below) and a picture ID. Copies will only be issued to the veteran listed on the request or the next of kin and Veteran's Administration personnel. See the form for more information.
* Lawyers, doctors, historians, etc. may request copies of a DD 214 with a signed authorization from the veteran or next of kin.
* Copies are free and there is no charge to record a DD 214.
