Consideration to accept the recommendation of the Museum and Heritage Fund Advisory Board and approve the grant request of $10,000 to Historic Routt County sponsoring Perry-Mansfield for the rehabilitation of the Julie Harris Theatre.

Mitchell II, an individual doing business as B. East Construction, in the amount not to exceed $21,500 to construct a new sidewalk to connect the Justice Center building and Sheriff's Office parking lot.

Consideration to approve the award and authorization of chairperson to sign a purchase order for one (1) new Graco LineLazer IV 200HS hydraulic line striping sprayer and attachments to Diamond Vogel in the amount of $14,168.00 for use at Yampa Valley Regional Airport.

RFP 573 Phippsburg Wastewater Treatment Facility Lagoon Seepage Study
Consideration for approval and authorization to waive the formal purchasing process and for the chairperson to sign an Agreement Regarding Provision of Professional Services to RG and Associates, LLC in the amount not to exceed $2,000 for a seepage study on the aerated lagoon system in Phippsburg.
