CLEF CONSTRUCTION PHASE IGA

1. Consideration to approve an IGA between Routt County and the City of Steamboat Springs for the construction phase of the Combined Law Enforcement Facility (CLEF). 
2. Consideration to approve and sign an agreement to buy and sell real estate, land, with the City of Steamboat Springs. 
3. Consideration to approve and authorize signature on a warrantee deed for the 1) sale of land, Lot 1, Block 1, Curve Subdivision, known as 2027 Shield Drive, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487 and 2) a perpetual and non-exclusive Parking and Access Easement in, upon, over, and across the real property described as follows; a portion of Lot 2, Replat of Lot 1, Block 1 Curve Subdivision.
