  1. Discussion regarding taxes determined to be uncollectable for 2022. The included spreadsheet will outline tax accounts to be determined as uncollectable with details for you review. 
  2. Discussion regarding cancellation of tax lien 15+ years as per C.R.S. § 39-11-148
  3.  Discussion of signing an agreement to utilize a collection agency as per 39-10-112(b). Action to collect unpaid taxes to collect unpaid tax.
