The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) and accompanying specifications are to provide instructions and assistance in submitting a bid response to provide placement of an aggregate cover coat material, also known as chip seal, over existing paved roadways for Routt County.  Please see the Scope of Work for further detail.  The objective is to have a fully executed contract by April 28, 2023 with work completed not later than October 6, 2023.
